PMS Solution grew out of supporting boutique hotels around Manchester who were being sold suites they would never fully deploy. The pattern felt wasteful: big onboarding projects, half-used features, contracts that outlived interest.
Our answer was small and opinionated: ten modules, each doing one job brilliantly, priced by the month, disappearing cleanly if you decide otherwise.
We are PMS Solution Systems Ltd — a limited company founded by ex-hotel-ops engineers. We answer emails ourselves, ship fixes weekly, and treat leaving customers well because some of them come back.
If a module would duplicate something you already have, the first conversation ends with you buying nothing today.
